Sunne Municipality is looking for a Treatment Resource Person/Social Pedagogue

Do you want to make a difference for people in a vulnerable life situation? We are looking for a dedicated and professional employee for our open care team within Individual and Family Care.

With us, you will have the opportunity to work closely with people and contribute to changes that truly make a difference. As a treatment resource person/social pedagogue, you will work with individuals who have harmful use or dependency issues, as well as with individuals who are far from the labor market; your mission is to support individuals towards security and stability. You will be an important part of a team that works with a holistic perspective and individualized interventions. The position is part of the project Värmland Collaborates to develop methods for transitioning to self-sufficiency in collaboration.

Job Responsibilities

• Support clients in their daily lives to promote independence and recovery.
• Conduct motivational work and provide practical support for a functioning social situation and meaningful employment.
• Participate in treatment interventions and collaborate internally and externally.
• Work with treatment and relationship-strengthening interventions.
• Document and follow up on interventions according to applicable guidelines.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant education in social work or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent.
• Has experience working with harmful use, dependency, or family treatment.
• Is secure, empathetic, and has a good ability to build trust.
• Enjoys working independently but also in a team. Has a B driver's license (required).

Conditions
